The Cook Islands rewards yogis with a truly unique yoga experience, loved by adventurers and artists alike. Discover casual luxury at Tamanu Beach in Aitutaki. There, you’ll luxuriate in crystal lagoons, surrounded by unspoiled coral reef; relax and rejuvenate on fine white sands, surrounded by lush tropical greenery; and be embraced by the warmth of the pacific community, where you’ll experience authentic island life. All bound together through the flow and intent of yoga.

Island time isn’t just a slogan, it’s a reflection of a real part of pacific culture. In the Cook Islands, time is a relative thing. Unlike our day to day lives, which are dominated by deadlines and rigid schedules, time in the pacific is constantly in flux and flow. Time isn’t constrained to a single task, instead, it shifts, and changes based on our needs in the present. Events are given their own time to breathe and be as they are. Our retreats are designed to let you connect to this relational, and flexible, time. Finding the space to rest, reset, and learn at your own pace. 

Each day begins and ends with yoga. Rise with the sun and awaken your body with a morning practice. Then, during the day, explore the island at your leisure, or deepen your practice with an optional afternoon practice. Finally, wind-down, relax, and bask in a tropical glow with a sunset yoga and meditation. Woven throughout your day, you’ll have opportunities to adventure, see the sights, or simply spend time lounging beside the lagoon. 

Throughout the week, you'll enjoy intimate, authentic, cultural encounters. Share a yoga class at the local school, move like an islander with dance classes, or simply soak up the sun on our own private boat on the lagoon. In the evenings we'll enjoy traditional island cuisine, boutique eateries, cocktails, and plenty of dancing.
